Is there a barrier between us and the gym?
Many of us have great intentions of exercising regularly but often find ourselves quickly falling out of the routine. Healthy Steps is designed to help identify the barriers keeping us from exercising and teach us how to overcome them. With Healthy Steps, a balance between mind, body and spirit is achievable.

An 8-week course that meets for two hours once a week,
combining group work with working out.
Gain a new perspective to physical fitness and emotional health.
Become motivated to take care of your self physically and emotionally.
Connect with others who share in body image struggles.
Learn the physiology of your emotions.
Be introduced to a variety of exercise techniques, including:
Spin, yoga style stretching, weightlifting (free weight and machines), walking/ running, water aerobics, core and abs.
Opportunity to have group training with an experienced wellness professional.
Night time and lunch time groups available.
