Rebecca Griffith, MA, Senior Program Director/Counselor

Rebecca is the full-time Senior Program Director for the Restore Counseling Center. Rebecca is responsible for hiring and supervising Restore therapists, area coordinators and the masters level student interns. Rebecca also manages all tracking and reporting for the Restore program.

She is the mother of 4 daughters, ages 9 -19. Rebecca is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Association of Play Therapy.

Her approach to therapy is deeply spiritual as she believes our deepest needs are met in relationship to our creator. She uses a Christian 12 step model in both her group and individual work. She also enjoys work with couples, helping them to explore the core needs and vulnerabilities that have led them to a place of pain and conflict and helping them understand how knowing their core value can lead them to a place of healing and restoration in their marriage.

Laurie Little Lokey, MA, LPC, Counseling Area Program Director/Counselor

Laurie Little Laurie works for Restore Ministries as a full-time counselor. She is passionate about the healing process for her clients and continues to attend trainings and seminars to stay abreast of the latest studies that are available to help in the healing process of trauma. She also enjoys participating in the trainings of new and old facilitators and in sharing various forms of treatments with the interns and practicum students.

Laurie received her MA in counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. She did both her counseling practicum and internship working with Restore Ministries. Laurie has almost completed the licensing process and will be licensed sometime in the year of 2010. As a part of her ongoing training to help those who have experienced trauma, she has attended the Psychodrama and Experiential Institutes at ONSITE. She attended the Charles Figley Institute on Trauma and received her EMDR Level I training. And she studied under Lee Norton, PhD. studying specialized treatments for trauma resolution.

Laurie’s passion is to continue to know and understand the effects of trauma and how they get “played out” in addictive behaviors. Her areas of specialty include sexual abuse, eating disorders, addictions, and couples work. She is a mother of two grown daughters and a grandmother. She is a member of Christ Community Church and longs for all to know their “belovedness” in Christ.
